Tol - Present Time

And...finally (phew, you made it!)...it was time for presents.

Here is my good friend's daughter, A, who I enlisted to help Baby D open his presents. I knew he wouldn't be able to rip all that paper...so we needed a 4-year-old with a little more experience in the matter of present opening. Notice who found that hammer back again.

Here he is saying, "Ooooooohhh!" for a really cool tool bench.

D is doing a good job ripping the paper on this one...a fancy set of keys with remote. One of his current faves, for sure.

Opening a wooden train from Grandma & Grandpa. Yes!

Phew...I'm one tired little boy after such an exciting day. I had a great Tol! I took a good nap afterwards and even slept through the night that night. My Omma & Appa think maybe I need a party every day to wear me out...hmmm...I'm not so sure about that. Thank you to EVERYONE who came to my Tol...especially my family who came from far, far away. Thank you for the gifts. Thank you for joining us on this very special day...it meant so much to us. Official Thank Yous will be coming in the mail soon, my Omma promises.

His obsession with the hammer is killing me. So cute. And I LOVE, LOVE that last photo of him. It looks like he had a wonderful Tol. Good job Omma & Appa!!!

Okay, for our next son I'm going to be copying every single idea you did for D's Tol! Seriously, I loved these posts. Looks like you worked hard and threw a lovely party. D is absolutely precious.

We have those keys with remote, and they're one of D's faves. Just a word of warning: they really hurt when they fall on your toes or hit you in the head!

Great gifts! Love the wooden train set!
